We have deep investment skills and experience that span over 10 years performing various real estate investment activities. We started with single family Investments then transitioned to multifamily real estate investments with emphasis on value add opportunities. Excellent reputation working with partners such as property management companies, lenders, brokers, contractors and vendors. Excellent financing history with no bankruptcy. We put a great amount of effort in building teams to acquire & operate properties. We are dedicated to providing safe, comfortable & livable properties to our residents.
